Body-rooted, trauma-informed strategy for systems, stories, and structures.

We work across soft and sharp terrains—from creative strategy to forensic frameworks—to help people build systems that hold complexity, integrity, and truth.

AveMagnolia Consulting is a trauma-literate, structure-shaping practice supporting creatives, educators, organizers, and institutions in building work that is embodied, aligned, and built to endure.

We partner across a wide spectrum—from visual direction and curriculum strategy to structural coherence and rhythm mapping. Some of our work is public. Much of it is not. We engage in select research and systems design projects that are housed off-platform and shared only under protection.

Whether working one-on-one, supporting organizational shifts, or advising on high-stakes infrastructures, our approach is grounded in one principle:

systems must listen to the bodies they hold.

This is not coaching. Not design. Not traditional strategy.

This is something else entirely: a place for projects and movements that refuse performance as a pathway to visibility.

AveMagnolia is where structure meets soul—where clarity is co-regulated, and where the work you do begins to feel like it’s finally answering to itself.

Why we exist

We exist because much of what’s called “strategy” is just choreography—language shaped by optics, fear, or funding. Systems built to signal competence, but not to hold truth.

AveMagnolia was created as an interruption.

A place where work stops performing and starts aligning.

Where structures are not just informed—but felt, inhabited, and able to respond.

We move with a few guiding principles:

  • That clarity is co-created, not imposed.

  • That accountability isn’t a correction—it’s a blueprint.

  • That the deepest shifts don’t come from force, but from attunement.

Much of our work lives behind the scenes: in frameworks, patterns, and restructurings that aren’t always visible—but change what’s possible.

AveMagnolia exists to support the break from scripted rhythms—internal, institutional, and inherited—and to help build what’s actually meant to last

How we work

We don’t just build strategy.

We build rhythm.

We build structures that can hold what’s actually happening—beneath the optics, beneath the pressure, beneath the script.

Most systems are designed to override.

Ours are built to respond.

Our work centers presence over polish.

It moves slowly when slowness is what reveals the truth.

We don’t chase urgency, bypass tension, or confuse aesthetics with alignment.

What we offer is more than support. It’s disruption—of default modes, inherited patterns, and survival-based ways of doing the work.

This isn’t a style.

It’s an architecture of integrity.

From there, we move differently.

Design differently.

Listen differently.

And in that difference, we build what was always meant to last.

Classified Systems Model

We are currently developing a confidential framework designed to deepen understanding of complex behavioral patterns within systems.

Its purpose is to support the design of structures that are more responsive, more precise, and more accountable.

Who is this for

This work is for people who’ve already experienced system failure.

Where performance fractures.

Where language stops working.

Where the cost of staying misaligned starts showing up—in the body, the team, the work.

It’s for those who’ve followed the script.

Who’ve said the right things, held it all together, and kept moving through dissonance—until it stopped being sustainable.

Until they realized that most systems are fluent in survival, but illiterate in integrity.

We work with visionaries, community leaders, educators, and organizational stewards who are ready to build structures that won’t collapse under pressure—or pass the weight onto someone else.

This isn’t about aesthetics.

This isn’t about optics.

This is about building what’s real enough to hold.

This is architecture for truth.

For teams, movements, and missions that need infrastructure built from the inside out.

If you’re still optimizing appearances, this isn’t for you.

But if you’re ready to work from what’s real—we can begin.

This Is Not a Fit If…

  • You’re looking for quick fixes, branding polish, or strategies that center perception over process.

  • You want deliverables without depth—or structure without discomfort.

  • You’re hoping to avoid conflict, bypass rupture, or stay comfortable inside systems that are actively causing harm.

  • You’re seeking language to make what’s misaligned sound better, instead of tools to make it real.

  • You’re more invested in looking right than in building what’s true.

We are not neutral.

We do not perform urgency.

And we do not build for appearances.

We work from what’s real.

And we only move when alignment is mutual.

Work with us

We don’t offer surface strategy.

We build systems that hold—under pressure, over time, and through complexity.

This work is not for everyone.

It’s for those with something to lose, something to build, and no interest in replicating what broke them.

We engage with a limited number of collaborators at a time.

Every engagement is rigorous, relational, and built from the inside out.

If you’re seeking alignment over optics, depth over deliverables, and strategy that listens before it moves—

we’re listening.

Note:

We don’t take on volume. We take on alignment.

Each inquiry is evaluated for timing, fit, and integrity.

Not all requests will move forward—and that’s by design.

ABOUT ME

IMG_1087.jpeg

Welcome. I’m Coco Eva—an interdisciplinary artist, strategist, and consultant. My work bridges systems design, creative practice, and behavioral insight—built for people and institutions working in complexity.

My work centers what most strategies overlook: the nervous system, the unspoken patterns, and the structures that carry more than they were built for.

If you’re looking for work that moves beyond aesthetics into alignment, you’re in the right place.
